Immobilisation notice uses a combination of found and processed materials to explore what a dwelling can be and how it can act in relation to individuals. Its function as an physical extension of the self, but also as a barrier or a container, exerting a kind of force on its occupants, moulding them. This work explores the narratives of geometricized, objectified space and the lived experience of known place.
